1964 First Printing with the Attached "Who's Who" Fold Out Card in the back of the book. Very hard to find these still attached in Near Mint condition with no marks or writing on the card. Pictorial Cover Hardback Book is in Good to Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean pages with some minor soiling. Inside the front cover the top left hand corner of of the illustrated end page is glue down to the board- all the paper is present but it appears to have been cut off at an angle. Some minor foxing on the last two pages due to the attached fold-out card. Outside covers show some soiling and wear to include a crease to the back cover. Outside cover corners and top and bottom of the outside spine show some wear. Book lists to itself on an early page. Hard to Find First Printing with the attached Fold Out Card!
