The John C. Winston Company 1938 Hardcover Very Good Fair Hardcover
This appears to be a First Edition from 1938. The inside flap of the front dust jacket has a printed on price of 90 cents. The book itself is in overall Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages. I did notice one small tear at the bottom of a page end. Outside blue cloth covers with gold gild lettering on the front cover. Outside cover corners show some minor wear. The Dust Jacket is in Fair conditon with some soiling, pencil erasures, chipping, and small tears. The Dust Jacket is now covered by a new clear mylar cover.

This highly acceptable book is in acceptable condition due to the bottom right hand corner of the front cover and some small spots on the back cover have been damaged and has been repaired with new book binding tape. The rest of the book to include the inside text is in Very Good Plus condition with a tight binding and clean crisp pages. No writing or marks inside or outside of the book. The Dust Jacket is in at least Fair condition. The DJ has been price clipped. The DJ shows some minor soiling with some chipping, small tears, and a few smaller missing pieces. The DJ is now covered by a new clear mylar cover. Overall, a nice book!

Collectible Book is in Good to Very Good condition with a fairly tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages with a few bent corners. This is NOT an ex-library book, but has come from a personal collection. Blue Cloth covers with gold gilded titles on the front and spine. Outside cover corners show some wear. No Dust Jacket. Wonderful five color and black and white illustrations by the authors. There is the remnants of an address label inside the front cover and an address label on the bottom right hand corner of the title page.
